Shopify Keywords - Keywords are inputted by typing in the keyword and clicking enter. For negatives input a minus and then the word like -negative and then press enter.
Delays - Delays are inputted via each individual task. You can select the delay override at the bottom right of the task page to enable delay overrides and change delays for all tasks at the same time. Ideal for dropping delays on shopify.
