Creating a ticket for 1 on 1 | 24/7 Support

• Within the #create-ticket channel, you can find the create ticket tool. Simply click on the envelope to create your support ticket. You will be pinged in it once its created and staff will answer your questions there.

• Staff are able to help you with any questions, just because you are new doesn't mean that we don't want to help! As away and you will get all the help needed.
